terms of service
these terms cover this website and the waitlist. they are not the app’s terms. the wodii iphone app has its own terms and end user licence, and it is a separate document that is not published here yet. until it is, nothing on this page grants or limits anything about the app. the privacy policy already covers both: part one is the app, part two is the waitlist.
who we are. wodii is operated by train hybrid llc, a limited liability company licensed in shams (sharjah media city free zone), united arab emirates, registered at shams business center, al messaned, sharjah, united arab emirates. it is the same company named as the data controller in the privacy policy and shown as the seller of the wodii app on the app store.
01 what wodii is
wodii is pre-launch. right now, the site collects an email so we can tell you when the app ships. the product itself is still being built. features described on the landing may change before ship, and pricing may too. by joining the waitlist, you accept that you are signing up for a work in progress.
02 your account
there are no accounts yet. all we hold is your email and some traffic metadata. when the app ships, you will get one email inviting you in. at that point real account terms will apply and we will notify you. anything you send us today, feedback, replies, links, you own.
03 your data
we store: your email, plus optional metadata about how you arrived (utm source, utm medium, utm campaign, referrer, landing url, ip address, user agent, country, timestamp). full detail lives in our privacy policy.
we do not sell your data. not to advertisers, not to brokers, not to anyone. to delete your data, email hello@wodii.ai and we will honor it within 30 days.
04 fair use
do not scrape the site. do not automate signups. do not attempt to break, probe, or reverse the backend. do not use the waitlist to spam, phish, or launder identities. if we notice abuse we will block the source and drop the data.
05 service as-is
the wodii site and any pre-launch previews are provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. we do not promise uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any specific purpose. this is early-stage software. treat it that way.
06 liability
to the maximum extent allowed by law, wodii is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this site or the waitlist. our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you have paid us, which, at pre-launch, is zero.
07 changes
we may update these terms as the product takes shape. when we do, the “last updated” date at the top will change, and we will note the change on the landing page. continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
08 governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of the united arab emirates, the country in which train hybrid llc is licensed and registered. any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the united arab emirates.
