what does wodii actually do?

snap the whiteboard. wodii reads it. you enter what you did. it's kept forever. over time it builds your per-movement history and a hybrid score across five domains.

why not sugarwod, btwb, or my gym's app?

those are tied to a gym's programming subscription. your gym pays, your gym posts, your log stays behind if you leave. wodii captures any board at any gym and the record belongs to you, not the box.

what if the ai reads the board wrong?

you see exactly what it read before anything saves. everything is editable. the app shows its confidence and flags anything it wasn't sure about. the source photo is kept with every session. the truth is always one tap away.

i've trained for years. can i backfill?

yes. camera roll import scans for board-like photos. exif dates rebuild the history in order. ten minutes of swiping turns day one into a multi-year record.

what's the score compared to?

age-graded performance standards, movement by movement, from a published rubric you can inspect. it is not a percentile against other users. we don't have that population data yet, and we won't invent it.
